Sometimes the best decisions are the ones that don't make logical sense - they just feel right. When the opportunity came to purchase Sweet Santa Fe from my mom and her business partner, I followed my gut. They had built something special, and I knew I wanted to keep those traditions alive while sharing them with a bigger audience.

What if we could honor those beloved New Mexico traditions while adding a little magic of our own? That's how creations like our Enchanted Biscochito were born - a chocolate-dipped twist on the state's official cookie that respects the original while offering something delightfully new.

At our core, we're chocolatiers crafting indulgent truffles and confections that celebrate New Mexico flavors. But we're also about reimagining the classics - from traditional cookies to gourmet caramel corn and fudge. We're about creating treats that make you pause, smile, and maybe reach for just one more.

We're excited to be growing beyond our shop doors, partnering with local retailers and cafes across New Mexico. It's about honoring the legacy my mom, Cindy, and her business partner Diane received from their mentor Chuck Higgins, while bringing these handcrafted chocolates and treats to more people who appreciate that blend of tradition and innovation.
