SweetSantaFe.com works hard to ensure you'll be satisfied with the quality and freshness of our products. All our baked goods, from holiday cookies to linzer tortes:



• Are preservative-free
• Baked the same day they are shipped
• Have a 7-10 day shelf life
• Can be frozen to extend their freshness
• Include a complete list of ingredients in case of allergies.

If we don't have your freshly baked order in-stock, we will contact you by phone or email to see if you would like to substitute an item of equal or greater value, or if you'd rather wait an additional day or two for shipment.

Gifts:
In the comment box of your order form, be sure to enter any message you want included with your gift, including TO and FROM!

Specialty gift ribbons are available for Happy Birthday, Congratulations, Thank You, or Happy Holiday. Please include your request in the comment box of your order form.

Shipping:
Cookie tins and gift boxes are baked and shipped Monday through Friday via UPS third day select. An additional $12 will be added for second day air delivery.

Since UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends, standard orders placed and filled Thursday or Friday won't arrive until the following Monday. If you prefer that we wait until Monday to fill and ship your order, please include a note in the comment box of your form. Orders placed on weekends will be filled on Mondays to ensure freshness. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be shipped the following day. To ensure delivery by Christmas, orders must be received by December 21.

Orders for multiple items shipped to several different addresses must be placed separately.

Please check delivery addresses carefully because we cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to the wrong address or lost by UPS. The purchaser must file complaints of loss due to these instances with UPS. Each shipment is automatically insured up to $100.

3 - 3.5 lb. $16
4 - 4.5 lb. $18
5 - 5.5 lb. $20
6 lb and over $22

Bulk orders of multiple tins to the same address will be charged according to UPS national zone schedule and by weight.

Payment Method:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or money orders. In-state sales will be charged the applicable New Mexico sales tax.
